Who handles your data?

Recups enquiries are handled by Dot Holding OÜ. Send data-related questions and requests to myyk@kaubad.ee.

Why do we use enquiry data?

We use your name, email address and any company, phone, artwork and order information you choose to provide to answer your enquiry and prepare the quote you request. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter.

Where is the enquiry stored?

Your enquiry is saved in a restricted WordPress register and our shared sales enquiry system, and sent to our sales email address. Hosting, database and email providers process the data to provide their services. Do not include sensitive personal data in the form.

Legal basis and retention

We process details to take the pre-contractual steps you request or on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. Your name, email and information needed to handle the enquiry are required; other fields are optional. Without contact details, we cannot respond.

We retain enquiry details for as long as needed to handle the enquiry, fulfil a resulting order and protect related legal rights. Transaction records are subject to statutory retention requirements. We do not use these details for automated decisions or marketing profiles.

Your rights

You can ask about your data and request corrections or deletion, subject to applicable retention requirements. You may also contact the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate.

Cookies

The website uses essential technical functionality and language selection. This version has no advertising pixels or visitor analytics. WordPress login cookies are used for administrators.
