Who is this model for?

Recups Event 300 is a 300 ml reusable cup to consider for a festival, company summer event, concert or catering area. Choose the capacity around the drink you actually serve: the catalogue capacity does not automatically indicate a measuring line or recommended fill level. Allow room for foam, ice and garnishes where relevant. Before a larger order, a sample helps you assess the grip, transparency and fit with your serving arrangements. Reuse also needs a practical plan for collection, washing, drying and storage between events.

Matt PP and a 300 ml capacity make this the more compact Event model. Its diameter is 7.5 cm and height 10.5 cm. It is a useful starting point for smaller servings with clear event or company branding.

Custom printing and artwork options

Confirmed options are one-colour round screen printing at 130 × 40 mm or digital printing up to 250 × 84 mm. The transparent version has a 250 × 64 mm digital area. Smaller pad-printed positions are also available; artwork and cup colour determine the final placement.

What to include in your enquiry

Include Recups Event 300, the quantity or alternative quantities, preferred colour, number of logo colours and delivery destination. For a fixed event, state both its date and the latest acceptable arrival date. Explain whether the whole batch uses one design or several versions. What are the minimum quantity and unit price?

Small quantities may not suit every printing process, and setup costs affect the unit price differently at different quantities. You can request several quantity options; these are alternatives rather than one combined order.

Is arrival for a particular event guaranteed?

We confirm delivery timing after checking the quantity, variant, artwork and destination. A catalogue entry does not establish current stock or production availability. Mention a fixed deadline immediately; the artwork approval deadline must also be agreed before the order is confirmed.

How should it be cleaned and reused?

We confirm washing temperature, dishwasher compatibility and print care for the chosen variant. A material name such as PP is not proof of wash resistance. Let the item dry after washing, and do not store damp cups for long periods in a closed crate.
