Reusable IML cup 400 ml – Recups Signal 400

Recups Signal 400 is a 400 ml reusable drinking cup for festivals, sporting events and beverage service. The transparent PP cup is available plain or with your own IML design.

Dimensions and packaging

Diameter 79.5 mm, weight 38.2 g. Filling lines: 400 / 300 / 200 ml. 385 pieces per box and 6160 per pallet. BPA-free and shatterproof. According to the supplier, the cup has been tested for 125 washing cycles.

Design and options

The IML design is integrated into the cup. Standard printing uses CMYK + white, with an individual QR code or barcode available for each cup. Artwork follows the size-specific template, with transparent areas around filling lines.

RFID options include integrated bottom IML or a washable bottom sticker. The exact solution and compatibility are confirmed in the quotation.

Quantity and ordering

The minimum is 6160 pieces, one full pallet of this size. It can be split between two designs, with at least 3080 pieces per design. Indicative production is 3–4 weeks after artwork approval; the quotation confirms timing and freight.
